Mivtach Simon, which works with most of the insurance companies and pension funds in Israel, handles an annual billing volume of about NIS 4 billion, and provides services to some 220,000 insured clients and 6,000 employers, organizations and companies, including some of the leaders in the Israeli economy. Our clients include Elbit Systems, Microsoft, Cellcom, Maccabi Healthcare Services, Amdocs, Super-Pharm, Visa-Cal, HOT, and many others.

Pensions Division
Mivtach Simon specializes in the planning and management of pension plans, including: directors’ insurance, pension funds, provident funds, and study funds. Company clients enjoy a range of services on topics such as: comprehensive pension and financial planning, tax planning, planning and setting up pension plans and benefit baskets for the employee, increased awareness of the importance of long‑term saving, labor laws, etc.
Investments and Finance Division
As part of the comprehensive planning and management of client needs and pension products, Mivtach Simon leads the field of finance, which includes study funds, provident funds, and severance funds. The company carries out an ongoing process whose purpose is to build and augment knowledge through decision-supporting simulators, and the creation of work platforms that assist in clarifying and specifying client needs. This enables the clients to learn about risk levels and investment groups that are appropriate for them, and ultimately to identify which fund is best suited to their needs, in light of the rest of the family's assets and the desired risk preferences. The division continuously examines investment managers in the field of provident and study funds, and strives for excellence in the methodologies employed in examining and assessing the performance of managers – at both the quantitative and qualitative levels.
Healthcare and Long-Term Care Division
The healthcare and long-term care division initiates, formulates and manages the collective health insurance systems of dozens of the leading institutions in Israel, along with a range of unique insurance plans especially customized to the needs of private clients.
The Professional Staff
The professional staff deals with a wide range of activities, including the processing of information and its distribution to the entire company, routine updates on professional issues, design of the pension marketing policy in the company and adjustment of the policy to changing legal provisions, running professional training sessions for company employees, answering professional questions from the agency personnel, updating employers regarding important innovations, etc.
Executive Compensation and the VIP Department
The executive compensation unit focuses on the optimal planning of the division and allocation of salary budgets for the senior executive, while providing comprehensive solutions for the overall compensation systems of the company and the manager, and for the management of their resources.
Retirement Unit
Mivtach Simon has a special unit for the planning and management of retirement, specializing in providing services for company clients who are about to retire. The division offers a range of services, such as retirement tax consultation, financial analysis and planning for retirement, investment management solutions, etc.
